The DII men's lacrosse championship was an 18-team, single elimination tournament. Champions of qualifying conferences received automatic qualification for the NCAA Division II Men’s Lacrosse Championship, and the four lowest-ranked AQ teams competed in the opening round for the final two spots in the championship bracket.
